Message from Dr. Sarat Sahoo:
Dear All,
Finally I am going to submit the application form to
register OCJ at Koto-ku on Wednesday morning(11th
June). Sorry for the such a great delay on my part due
to some complications. Dr. Sudhir Mishra has agreed to
accompany me. If any members are interested to join,
they are most welcome. Meeting time is 8:30AM at
Koto-ku office, Toyocho. Dr. Swadhin Behera and Mr.
Tathagata Sahoo have given a few valuable suggestions.
If things move smoothly, we will get our registration
within two weeks period. Then we all decide post or
positions for OCJ in next get together after Ratha
Jatra to function as a full fledged OCJ.
I am planning to register as gOdissa Community in
Japanh (OCJ). Mostly, Orissa will be deleted soon or
later, that is for granted by Union Ministry, Delhi.
We are one of the young communities here and let us
start with the new name. If you have objections please
send your comments and suggestions so that we can go
ahead with Orissa.
Regarding Ratha Jatra, Panda babu started the topic
and his slogan: let us start this festival since 2004
or earlier. He may be pre-occupied with his busy
schedule. Panda babu must come forward. Sopnendu is
also silent. However, Sudhir has taken such a drastic
step that it is possible and he can alone make it.
There are a few other members (TS, Satya, Jagannath
etc) visited or certified the place. Had an
opportunity to visit Shin-Misato afterwards to meet
carpenter along with Swadhin and Satyshree. Sudhir and
Yano san are so enthusiastic to make a Ratha. There
are a few members who are supporting them with a full
heart. Request to all and we must work together for a
big success. We can feel our presence in this country.
Please all attend Saturday meeting since we have very
less time.
