This concert brings to you the rich tradition of Sitar music by Pandit Chandrakant who learnt Sitar from Pandit Ravi Shankar and Mrs. Annpurnadevi since age of 8. He lives in Japan and travels abroad and to India to give various concerts, lecture demonstration and Healing Music Sessions. Please read here more about him.

Bharat Natyam dance is performed by Ms. Kyoko Nobi who has trained many Japanese and Indian students in Japan . She has a website here.

There will also be a Karnatic vocal performance by Ms. Takako Inoue who is professor at Daito Bunka University. She will be accompanied by Mr. Arai on Mridangam.
Sitar performance will be accompanied on Tabla by by Mr. Dineshchandra Dyoundi who is an expert Tabla player.
