Ramkrishna Mission's branch in Japan, Vedanta Society en.vedanta.jp/, is celebrating Golden Jubilee this year. Darshanam has jointly put up a Charity Event this weekend i.e. on Sunday 11/22 evening in Kasai Kumin Kan for the benefit of this Society.

All artists are contributing to this event for a volunteer performance to support the great objectives of Vedanta Society.

I request you all to help promotion of this event in a big way. If you have any mailing lists, please forward this information through those. If you are running any website related to India, please inform your visitors through your websites.
Main attractions of the event are a joint (jugalbandi) concert of Sitar (Dr. Chandrakant Sardeshmukh) and Santoor (Jimi Miyashita), and Kuchipudi dance (Ms. Ranu Bhattacharya) and Oddissi dance by Studio Odissi (Kazuko Yasunobu). Tabla accompanient for instrumental music are Dinesh Chandra Dyoundi and Kulbhushan Bhargav.
